Bookworms

Today I caught Amelia and Abigail in a quiet moment, settling in with some books. Gabriel quickly joined them and I was captivated, being the fly on the wall while my kids quietly explored and played in their own little world, unfazed by me and my camera. I love these spontaneous moments of quietness and connection with each other. And I love that they love their books. I read to them every night and many times during the day and I just can't wait for the days when we can read whole books together and share the worlds where words can take us.
